Stray kids " Side Effects "

Stray kids uploaded a new album named "Clé 2: Yellowwood" which is next in the line to their last album Clé 1: Miroh. Miroh was released earlier this year on the 25th of March, which was their 1-year anniversary. Clé in french means key. The story of the album is based on a series of situations like: "Where am I? What is this big door that I have just entered, we have entered a strange city, It's chaotic and crazy like a jungle maze, And the door is closing, that means there is no turning back".

The latest MV is the continuity of their previous MV MIROH which was pretty much based on choosing a path that leads them the right way. MIROH which means a maze & the MV of the track was based on the same idea where they have entered a maze, which is the first step of the Key (Opening the big door). This was their one year in the industry and had a lot on their minds & they expressed the feeling of their journey from a trainee to an idol & how much difference they have noticed in them.

So their latest album Clé 2: Yellowwood is the next step of their journey where they have entered the big door, and now they have to overcome their fears and being able to express their thoughts properly. The main track of the album is Side Effect, which would really explain the changes happens in their daily lives. As coming for the MV they have expressed themselves in the most professional manner. As per the theme, the boys were at the top of a building in MIROH and they take an elevator to go to the base floor but due to some technical interference they enter another dimension and comes out at  Yellowwood.

The boys are dropped to an isolated area by a bus at the starting of the MV. From there they drive an open safari van to reach their destination but finds a closed road & get into a fight among themselves, which is a perfect illustration of their Idol journey. When they chose to become an Idol they thought it would be easy but it turns out a lot harder & now they are scared if they are going to last long.

With the lyrics such as " Why am I keep changing? My inside and outside are both changing, I'm being colored now" they tell being an idol is not easy, they have to change themselves according to the environment which is taking away the real selves.

And also the lyrics " I swallowed pills called baseless fear, maybe I took them so many, now I'm feeling worried than confident. Everything is being changed from 1 to 10. the side effects kicking in against my will. No no no no". They are really amazing in elaborating their emotions with their songs.

My favorite lyrics are going to be "MY HEAD HURTS!". Which are the real emotions of the idols nowadays. We think being an Idol is really easy and ravishing but the reality is they have to work in the most unpleasant conditions and deal with it without complaining.

The reason why I like Stray kids is that they never fake their songs it is always based on their life and the experiences they have encountered in the journey of becoming an Idol.

I hope you guys liked it...

PENTAGON teaches BROTHERHOOD

What do you know about brotherhood? For most of the guys, brotherhood starts at home and that relationship is just so awesome. But not for all it begins at home, the best brotherhood is noticed in your classroom. Where you are among random guys that don't even know who you are or what's your name. In the end, these are the people becomes everything for you, even though they don't match your DNA they are ready to take challenges for you.
