Annyeonghaseyo/ Namaste/Hello, you might have listened to a lot of kpop but have you tried kdrama yet? No? If you have been into kpop and thought of extending your range in Korean culture you might wanna watch some kdramas too. If you don't know where to start I have an amazing starter kdrama for you guys, So stay till the end...
If this is or isn't your first kdrama you are gonna love it. This drama has a different approach to the concept of tidiness which will help someone to find a way out of their stressful lives.
The drama I'm going to talk about is "Clean with passion for now".
Surprised by the name? This kdrama is really amazing and worth watching. To explain it I would start with the characters. So here we have 2 main characters namely Jang Seon Kyul & Gil O Sol. Jang Seon Kyul is a C.E.O of a cleaning industry named as "cleaning fairies" who hires really handsome men.
Mr.Jang has mysophobia (germophobic ) & maintains himself at a different level. Mr.Jang cleans himself almost every second of his life and hates having contact with other people who do not maintain a high level of cleanliness and every time he has to meet someone outside his company he makes sure the meeting place is cleaned up to his standards. His habits are funny rather than confusing. One of his habits is he always puts a handkerchief on seats at public places if he has to sit somewhere.
So the female main character Gil O Sol is exactly the opposite personality of Mr.Jang. She doesn't wash or maintain normal cleanliness.
She has got many problems in life, after leaving her dream to be an athlete due to her mother's accident, she got busy taking care of her father and brother. In the search for a good office-based job, she ends up to Mr. Jang's Cleaning Fairies. The first incident where those two meets were not a pleasing experience for her (You need to watch the drama for this). After Gil O Sol joins Cleaning Fairies Mr.Jang get improvement in his condition, It turns out that Gil O Sol is the only person whom he can touch despite her sloppy/greasy/dusty appearance.
But because of her clumsy appearance he always tries to avoid her & sometimes hurt her feeling with mean words. So it becomes an inevitable war between them where they hate each other but always ends up meeting each other.
