Annyeonghaseyo/ Namaste/ Hello everyone, so proceeding with my story after BTS to find a group that gave me a reason to stay in this Kworld...
Episode 1: Finding a match!!
It's been around a week & I haven't stopped listening to BTS, even though I'm not able to understand what they were saying or why guys have make up. But still, it was pleasing to listen to how they execute their emotions so perfectly via music video to the world without any issues. For a person (me) staying miles away from their environment and who don't even know about their culture & I was able to understand them was really shocking.
People around me think why is he listening to something that he can't even understand & it had become a fun part of my life. And for me listening to kpop was like entering a different universe as soon as my earphone came on and the song gets played. By this time I had heard almost all the BTS songs but as I was into kpop I learned that I had to choose a group that I would stan till the end of my life. So I thought "Its not happening with me, I haven't listened to anyone else other than BTS", but decided to stan a group, So I started to listen to different kpop groups like EXO, GOT7, Seventeen, SuperJunior, Shinee and many more but was a big failure for me to find another group that gave me the beats/ feeling like BTS.
So it was almost 2 weeks in kpop I decided to stan BTS and I would become an A.R.M.Y..It was the beginning of November and was only listening to BTS, but I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't find any other kpop group that was made for me. So I thought to try again but this time I went with girl groups, during this time the first recommendation on youtube was TWICE and honestly they were pretty amazing but their songs were not a match so I tried other groups like Momoland, Mamamoo, Red Velvet, GG, Gfriend, Exid & once again I was going to be disappointed.
But the next group was the one I was looking for, it gave me hope to find the perfect match. It was like love at first sight, It is a feeling that you try to get but it always comes when you least expect it. This group was/is a rookie group whose song name was so hard to read, for the first 3-4 time I tried to spell the name of the song correct. I was thinking "I couldn't even spell their song " "Is this the one I should stan?" "should I?". But I ended up stanning them for their amazing visuals, for their vocals, for their dance moves & for their looks. It was a complete package where I found everything I expected from a group, it was none other than BLACKPINK with the song DDU-DU DDU-DU.....
