Beginning of the new decade

Annyeonghaseyo! Ever since the new decade has started, the comebacks have been absolutely LIT! I must say 2020 is having a great start. The songs that gave me chills, and it was really hard to pick one song to write about. So, this post is gonna be a list of songs that already made 2020 a BOP!

• SF9 - "Good Guy"

This track is for a fight to be the good guy, where the members express themselves as the good guy. But others don't accept that, and thus it is followed by "You're bad", which expresses that you are bad for not recognizing the good guy here. In the music video, there's a lot of sports battle going on among the members with pool/Billards, boxing, darts, and tennis too. So watch the music video and tell in the comment section, Who's the GOOD GUY?

• ATEEZ - "Answer"

ATEEZ's fearless comeback!

This track is the best way to start a new year. And spending a lot of time together ATEEZ has become inseparable, and it shows in the music video too. The amount of energy they put in the song is absolutely stunning – everyone has the same amount of energy and no one overpowers another – it's just perfect! The lyrics though, are powerful and have parts of their lives in it. And now they know that they are together, they are never going to feel down. And the ending of the video has a small clip that has created suspense among the fans and now the fans need ANSWER.

• VERIVERY - "Lay Back"

"Lay Back Lay Back"

"Lay Back" is the dance bop of the list. The title of the song is perfect because when you'll watch the song you just want to lay back and enjoy 'cause it has a lot of fancy stuff that may feel like a roller coaster ride. The members in the song have to compete themselves to bring out the better self, and since the biggest enemy of a person is the person themselves, and so, they have to work harder to defeat themselves. And the lyrics are like "lay back lay back....pay-back pay-back", 'cos lay back when you should and pay-back when it's time.

• DreamNote - "Wish"

"Dream on baby woo!"

DreamNote is a 6 member girl group and made a comeback on 8th Jan. "Wish" is a calm soothing song with bright colors in the music video that makes the song vibrant, with a soft touch of the vocals. The track is simple and catchy and perfect for mornings, or when you want to rest. The members are beautiful and energetic, and their moves flow like water. Their dancing is on point and there are no flaws in the music video. Overall it's really great and fun to watch.

• VOISPER - "Keep Going"

"Keep Going"

This is an amazing, supporting and motivating song and the vocals that give you chills are absolutely fantastic. "Keep going" is a simple track with stunning lyrics that make you lost in thoughts. This track must be heard when you think you are lost or stuck and the members will give you strength. They sing, 

"Keep going going go this way

So you won't tremble with fear

I'll hold your hand

keep going going go this way

It'll pass like you're dreaming

we're gonna reach that place..."

• ONG SEONG WU - "We belong"

"We belong We belong We belong In LOVE"

Waah~ this one is my favorite of this week. It's crazy how less is actually more, and this track is an example of it. "We belong" is really sweet and soothing, talking about couples and their love for each other even when they fight or separate from each other. Seong Wu says the same thing "We belong we belong we belong in love" – no matter how much they fight they need to be together. And that's what anyone needs in their lives - to be happy. (This is a must-watch!)

• BTS: MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 "Interlude: Shadow"

"I wanna be..."

This is some next-level track. Suga's solo is absolutely DOPE! He has handled everything perfectly and the two sides that he showed at the beginning and the end of the track are unreal. At first, he is calm and soft, making adjustments to his surroundings as he becomes a superstar and the ending half is the aggressive side of his which is all shot in RED and it gives a new dimension to the mind-blowing song. And performing such a two-faced theme is really difficult but Suga performed it effortlessly.

• ANS - "Say my name"

"Just say my name"  "ANS"

As people might think, a girl group song means it's going to be cute but not in this case. This is a super energetic EDM mix bop with cute faces. This track has a lot of powerful steps and everyone is so beautiful, and with the contrast of blue and pink makes it even more eye-catching. And while other groups removing members from their group, ANS is adding another member and a teaser of this is shown and the end of the track.
