BOL4: A fantastic duo

 

       BOL4 is a kpop duo. This duo is really unfamiliar among kpop fans around the globe. For the people who don't know about this group, I can bet you are really gonna love them. I won't talk about all of their songs but a personal favorite. Bol4's "BOM" is really an exceptional love song that makes me happy every time I listen to it. Even though all of their songs are an amazing work of art, they are mostly based on Sarang (love) and youthfulness. Bol4 is actually called Bolbbalgan4 or Blushing Youth, where Ahn Ji-young is the main singer & Woo Ji-Yoon being the instrumentalist, rapper and backing vocals.




    So, talking about my favorite song "BOM" is the first song I heard of them and was perplexed by Ahn Ji-young's voice. When you will listen to them for the first time you will feel like you are being taken to another dimension. And in the MV Ahn Ji-young is a cupid who tries to find love with a human. She really looks like an angel in the video & would really feel like another dimension.




     The theme of the mv is Spring Love. And has contrasting lyrics with lines such as "Why is it? Do People just like the spirit of spring and go out without thinking?". It really makes sense that people think about spending time with their loved ones, and you would have felt the same during Spring. I have thought the same whenever Spring is around. In the mv, she tries to impress a human with her heart arrows & shoots it at him whenever he is around and spends time with him. But the power of cupid's arrow doesn't last long. So, she has to keep attacking him to make him stay with her. "Why is it? Why do I like the spring breeze soo much? Without knowing my mind the wind blows more." would touch your heart.





      The ending of the song is really cute. In the last part of the song, she watches him with another girl and feels heartbroken, but doesn't use her arrows to get him back & leaves while dropping her arrow. The romantic part comes at the end when the guy notices the fallen arrow and gets reminded of her & goes to meet her, despite being hit by the arrow, he remembers the time spent with her.





       With the best lines that I found really touching about being in love were "Actually if I can walk with you, how great it would be, To tell you that I like you" & "I don't need anything, nor cherry blossoms, I want to be with you, next to you until the spring passes. I wish everyone disappears, Spring only for me.".

Top 18 songs of the month: October

Hey everyone! October was sincha awesome month, we had loads of amazing comebacks that kept us entertained till the end of the month. Let's start the list with the biggest debut of the year; the Avengers 1. SUPER M- Jopping This was the most anticipated release of the year. A Super crew with the biggest faces of the industry coming together and making the best song was fulfilled this month.
